  • The 2018 SIAL fair will be a large event where 800 products will be exhibited among which the Iberian ham will feature for its exceptional heart-healthy qualities.
  • SIAL will offer a unique opportunity to discover new consumer trends in Europe and in the world. Stand of 16m2 in the Spanish zone of FIAB

  • The Specialty and Fine Food Fair has become the main fair for gourmet products in the United Kingdom. It is a fair in which there is a trend towards the natural and ecological, with a special emphasis on differentiation with respect to the provenance and denominations of origin, which satisfies the British consumer concern over what they eat. All this responds to the generalised awareness in the search for a healthy lifestyle that exists in the European market.
  • Iberian ham was presented to the following prescribers: chefs, gastronomic critics and food sectors to reinforce and increase the recognition of Iberian ham among professionals and thus encourage the consumption of this high quality product.
  • On the stand, demonstrations of cutting of the Iberian ham were carried out by a professional cutter and at the same time chefs made tapas for professionals. The attendees could sample the different ways that this special product can be consumed.
  • A promotional video on the heart-healthy benefits of ham was shown, and all those who were interested, received information about the product.

  • The objective was to distinguish the products coming from the pastures and the different types of Iberian ham, the guarantees of a high quality product and its traceability with references to denominations of origin and its characteristics as a healthy product.
  • The event was held in a "kitchen club" equipped with modern facilities and well located.
  • The presentation of the product was made via a promotional video and covered: its origin, processes of elaboration, and types of hams.
  • A chef made different kinds of Spanish tapas and guides were distributed on the cutting of ham and recipe books to show how to prepare Spanish tapas so as to encourage consumption of this product.

  • The promotion was held in one of the largest gourmet chain stores for ham that stands out for its highly exacting selection process to guarantee the maximum quality of its products.
  • Demonstrations of ham cutting were carried out by professional cutters, and information on the heart-healthy properties of Iberian ham as well as recipes was distributed.

Cologne, Fair ANUGA

  • Due to its importance, this fair has become an unmissable event given that exhibitors and visitors from many countries in the world exhibit in Anuga. A total of 6,607 exhibitors from 95 countries presented their products and services in an exhibition space covering 304,000 square metres. 158,817 visitors were able to verify the high quality of Iberian ham.
  • On the stand, demonstrations of cutting of the Iberian ham were carried out by a professional cutter and at the same time chefs made tapas for professionals. The attendees could sample the different ways that this special product can be consumed.
  • A promotional video on the heart-healthy benefits of ham was shown, and all those who were interested, received information about the product.

  • The promotion was carried out in the Solera Food area, which has a creative image that mixes design and functionality with the Spanish culture. This area presents important Spanish products to meet the growing demand in this sector of the German market. A cash and carry that is 100% specialised in Spanish gastronomy and healthy products.
  • Demonstrations of ham cutting were carried out by professional cutters, and information on the heart-healthy properties of Iberian ham as well as recipes was distributed.
